Only 2 delegates per country can attend the conference.

These delegates have to be assigned with the voting power.

- We can only guarantee room for 2 delegates per country.
- Pirates are free to come and spend a weekend in Brussels.

They can join the delegates on Friday evening at the social event.

Saturday evening event will be a closed event.

The registration fee covers such expenses as the venue location, lunch, equipment, etc.

Accomodation is NOT included in the registation fee!

- Subscribe to the event until April 1st.
- Pay the conference fee
- Participate in EU visit on Friday 16 April 2010 at 14:00 pm
- Originate from an EU or neighboring country.

A list of EU countries suitable for EU refund will be published shortly.

Due to the nature of the funding, the delegates from non-EU-based parties will have to cover their expenses from their own budget.

- Travel costs will be (partially) covered. The exact amount depends on departure and destination point and can be requested after registration.
- Catering for approx. 35€/person

EU-based pirate party delegates can benefit from EU fund to cover their travel costs.

A list of EU countries suitable for EU refund will be published shortly.

To benefit from EU funds is it required to participate in EU visit on Friday 16 April 2010 at 14:00 pm.

* Arriving to Brussels by plane How to get to city center from Brussels (Zaventem) airport ?

Taking a taxi from the Brussels airport (Zaventem) to Brussels center will cost you around 30 €, therefore we recommend to either take the train until Brussels Central Station or bus 12.

How to get to city center from Brussels South (Charleroi) airport? Regular buses will take you from Brussels South airport to Brussels South train station for 13 € more info

* Arriving to Brussels by train You can reach the city center from any train Station (Central Station and Gare de Midi) by metro.

* Arriving to Brussels by bus, i.e. Eurolines Eurolines buses stop at Gare du Nord where you can take tram 3 to the nearest metro station (Rogier).

Please note that one journey trip is valid for one hour when validated on any bus/tram or metro.

We advise to purchase a 1 or 3 day ticket as it is cheaper and allows an illimited number of journeys on the entire public transport network of the STIB/MIVB more info
